Multi-Select Field Option Limit Inquiry

Hello FSM Team,

We would like to inquire about the limitation of the Multi-Select field in Zoho FSM.

Currently, the system allows a maximum of 10 selectable options, and we encountered the message: “Option count more than allowed count of 10.”

Issue:
  1. Multi-Select field is limited to 10 options only
  2. We are unable to add more values beyond this limit
  3. This field is intended to be used in the Work Order as a Sub-Type, where more options are required

This limitation prevents us from properly configuring our Sub-Type classification, as the number of required options exceeds the current limit.

Request:
  1. Please confirm if it is possible to increase the maximum number of options for Multi-Select fields
  2. If not, kindly advise if there are any alternative approaches or recommended workarounds to handle more than 10 options
