I am having an issue that I've racked my brown around for a few days but can't come up with a solution. Let's say I have a Client module and another module called Enrollments. I have a multi-select lookup set up so that I can assign many clients to a single enrollment and or many enrollments to a single client.
The main issue I'm facing is I would like to create views / reports / filters in the Client module so that I can send mass emails to clients that have a specific enrollment. I've read other posts on here and it doesn't seem like zoho has that functionality yet however would it be possible to create a workflow rule that basically says if I "assign" (not create) an enrollment to a client then it can update fields.
My thought process to get around this was to just make it so that if I assign an enrollment I would have a text field in the client module that grabs the data from that enrollment module and enters it in there but I can't find for the life of me a "hack" to do this.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
