I'm wondering if Zoho has capabilities similar to the WordPress Multisite Network function.

Here is an example of a real website built on wordpress. I am wondering if there is a way to mimic it's functions but for a different use case within zoho:

Second Shooters: A place where photographers and videographers can create a profile for themselves and then list their availability for freelancing. Each user can search among the other profiles based on their location, skills, and style. Users can post job availability when they need to hire someone, and users can sign up to "apply" for the jobs. There's a social networking functionality, where users can message eachother and be accepted to a "network"

I know that Zoho Connect has some version of this- but in this case, every user except the owner of the company would be an external one.

Any ideas?
