Multi Team Setup

Hello,

I have a setup where a user belongs to multiple teams and am unable to set up the roles correctly. Any suggestion.

Example -

Brand A has Manager Role - Tom

Brand A has Sale Exec Roles (Under the Brand A Manager Role) - John and Peter

Brand B has Manager Role - Jason

Brand B has Sale Exec Roles (Under the Brand B Manager Role) - Steven and Tom

Tom plays a manager for Band A, but acts like a sales exec for brand B. How does this work within Zoho?
