We have now brought in support for the Multi User Lookup field on the Zoho CRM mobile app. Below are the enhancements that are supported in this update:
* Multi User Lookup field can be added through the Module builder available on the Zoho CRM desktop site (crm.zoho.com). This field can be added in all the modules except the Activities module. Please refer to the screenshot attached below:
* After adding the Multi User Lookup field, request you to force close and reopen the CRM mobile app for the changes configured on the CRM desktop site to sync with the app.
* Only 10 users can be added to this field by selecting from the list of active users on both CRM mobile app as well as the CRM desktop site.
* Users selected in the Multi-User Lookup field will be able to 'Edit', 'Delete', 'Change the owner' of that respective record. In order for the users to carry out the above mentioned operation, 'Allow Record Accessibility' has to be enabled. Please refer to the screenshot attached below:
