Has anyone created a solution to recognize multi year deals? Specifically - we often have contracts that span 1-5 yrs. For a 3yr contract, we may be pulling in $2mm, but will only want to recognize a third of that in the first year of the contract. Beyond simply creating separate deals, has anyone effectively created a solution that does not blur reporting?
