Multiple accounts not downloading email on app

Multiple accounts not downloading email on app

I have multiple accounts configured on my id on Zoho. There are 3 on one domain and the 4th is on a different domain. I am not able to download the emails for all of them on iOS or Android app unless I log onto the desktop on the main account. Once the mails are downloaded there, they show up on the mobile app's also.

Please help!
