Multiple Accounts per Contact

I'm in real estate and need to track properties (Accounts) and owners (Contacts). Sometimes one owner (Contact) may own multiple properties (Accounts). Is there a way to assign multiple Accounts per Contact? Is there a better way that I am not thinking of? Ideally, I would be able to track notes from Contact under all of the Accounts that they own.
