multiple addresses mail

Hi,

we want to use a paying version of zoho crm,

canwe have multiples addresses mail for one user?
example:
Gianni is the exclusive owner of the mail gianni.s@etc.com, info@etc.com, and answers sometimes to the genral mail contact@etc.com
The other administrator, Marianna, is the exclusive owner of the mail marianna@etc.com, info@etc.com, but answers sometimes from the mail contact@etc.com,
how can we do it in the zoho crm, since we want to use the e-mail integrated in the crm, to receive and to send mail, from differents addresses for each user?
