Multiple Calendars

I would like the ability to create multiple group calendars.  Many businesses have different departments and not all activities pertain to the other.  For instance, I am working with a company that provides parts to different construction projects and we perform installations.  We would need a calendar for the bid process as well as one for installation.  We might even need a third for engineering and project management. 

Currently users can only create events under one calendar and as you could imagine from my example, the calendar would become quite crowded and confusing to the business operation.
