Is it possible to associate a lead to multiple campaign sources for tracking?

Specifically, this example:

- An e-mail blast (Campaign 1) is conducted. Lead A replies to e-mail blast, is created in the system and associated to Campaign 1.
- A second e-mail blast is sent (Campaign 2). Lead A replies to this e-mail blast as well. Lead A already exists in the system and is currently tagged to Campaign 1, however we also want to track that the lead replied to Campaign 2.

Is this possible?

This serves several purposes: tracking response rate of specific campaigns, tracking how the lead originally entered the database and tracking which campaign targeted to the lead ultimately resulted in generated revenue.
