As a business we often provide services for couples, we are still within our trial period with Zoho & are yet to commit but the only thing holding us back is understanding how we might store contact information for couples.
Lets say we have provided a service to Mr & Mrs Bloggs
I'm aware that a Lookup Field can be created which can be used to link Mr Blogss to Mrs Bloggs but this seems to require double keying of information, particularly when attributing products/services.
I'm also unsure how well this would work when it comes to marketing activity, for example if we wanted to run an email/white mail campaign where we address Mr & Mrs Bloggs together.
This issue isn't just limited to Zoho from what I can tell but I can't believe that we are the only ones to have come across this problem. If anyone could shed any light on how best to manage this or how they have tackled this it would be much appreciated.
