Multiple CRM Accounts

Dealing with Support has been challenging to say the least so I thought I'd post to the community and see if anyone can help.  

It appears to be common practice for Zoho to pick and choose which tickets they respond to ... At least in here I can see the topic and monitor it myself...

I have a Zoho account which I use for:
- People - HR Management of my business
- Reports - Great reporting tool to track sales
- Support - evaluating

- I setup a CRM account for testing and imported and played with 1000's of records to try and see how it fit our business processes (had numerous challenges which I sought assistance from support which were ignored but that's another story)
- When I finished the trial, I wanted to wipe the test data out and start afresh so I contacted Support for help
- 2 days later they suggested I delete records - I tried this but it only deleted 100 at a time... Deleting 10000+ was going to be a time consuming challenge
- I sought additional help because that solution was not really a good one...
- After waiting another day, I needed to get this project off the ground so I setup an alternative CRM under another login just to get some data going into CRM
- I figured that once Zoho helped me delete the data, I could merge the accounts
- Zoho came back and basically said "bad luck" - I have to manually delete 100 at a time!
- Great - So I did so - Then I exported my data from CRM#2 and tried to import into CRM#1
- To no avail - you cannot import activities or emails sent (and how to you resend emails??? Without looking like an amatuer)

So now I'm stuck!

I have all my accounts (People, Reports, Support) sitting off login#1 and CRM sitting off login#2.
Zoho have ignored my recent request to just detach account#2 from login#2 and reattach it to login#1.

I don't know what I can do???

Can anyone in this forum help???
