Multiple Date fields

Hi,

I am aware there is currently no feature supporting selecting multiple dates in the one field.

I want a way to replace our current handwritten system of bookings, which is a 5 column x 12 row grid of possible dates. Each column specifies a different product, but the large sum of rows is for ease of use.

Other than making 60 possible dates fields, is there a way I can manage this, or a similar process.

Let me know if this doesn't make any sense.
