I'm a freelance professional with multiple domains and multiple mailboxes in each domain. For example:
I've signed for the Lite plan, but I've seen that to be able to manage multiple domains I need the Standard plan.
However, my question is regarding aliases and Pop. I want to manage all that mailboxes from all my different domains from a single zoho account (I don't want to log-in/out periodically to check different mailboxes), so I think that aliases is the answer for this.
So I just need one account and I can set multiple aliases, as much as the number of mailboxes right now I'm using. Isn't it? But the problem is that I want to continue using Mac's Mail software to handle mail when in my office.รง
So, what do I have to do to have all this aliases working with POP? I have tested and I receive (with POP) a mail sent to the alias, but how do I answer that mail with that alias? In Zoho.com I can do it selecting the alias in the drop-down box, but with POP and a desktop software, how can I do it?
