We just configured Zoho Mail for our company and each time we receive an email, we receive 8 copies of the same email. Can anyone tell me what we might be doing wrong?
I have verified my domain, updated the MX record and setup the mail routing with:
domain name proconsult.ca
destination: mx.proconsult.ca
Email Delivery Options: DUAL
Change SMTP envelope: Disabled
Send Bounce: Enabled
Status: Enabled
Any ideas why we are receiving 8 copies of the emails?
