Multiple email address setup for one account within Zoho CRM

Hi ,

As title mentioned, is it possible ?

The requirement as below:
John own multiple company , each company have diff email address

However John only had one CRM license account.
Initially in CRM , he had setup email with john@companyA.com

Question here , how to setup john@companyB.com within the same CRM account ?
I understand that user can setup multiple "sent from", but I wish to setup as "Received and sent from", just like john@companyA.com
If only setup as "sent from", email send to john@companyB.com will not show under the CRM contact email related list.

If by default , CRM had limitation on this, is there a workaround like Zoho Mail or any 3rd party extension ?
