Upon successful submission of all lead details, a website visitor (where a Zoho form has been placed) today receives a confirmation email from my Zoho instance. I also receive a system generated alert.
I have one more email address that is being sent in the same user form to the CRM, and I wish to send a notification/ alert to this email address at a parallel. How does one do this?
OR
I also tried setting up a macro, but the macro does not seem to be able to pick the other email address and send a mail (using a different template) to this address. Is there a way this could be achieved?
