I really like your CRM however there are a few features that should be added.
Default Description Field: There should be a way to adjust the size of the default description field when editing an entry. Currently it is only 5-6 lines tall and we need a larger space when editing because we use that field when giving quotes and we can't be scrolling up and down constantly changing information. We know that the notes section provides a large area to put in notes but we need everything to show up when we access an entry.
Auto Capitalize fields: There should also be a way to set a field text to default to all capital letters. That is after putting in the name john smith and saving the entry, it would read as JOHN SMITH.
Default to go directly to a certain module after login: There should be a feature where you can set a default module to go to after logging in instead of going directly to the home tab.
Not be limited to two columns per section: We use 65 fields in our CRM, even though we use high desktop resolutions we're still constantly scrolling up and down on our computers to look at all the fields. When there's a simple check box or a field with a small amount of characters, there should be a way to squeeze all those fields together or have it be possible to have 3 columns or more per section.
Duplicate Contact Check: We have over 50,000 contacts in our CRM. When entering in a new contact, the CRM should check to see if the contact already exists and warn you that it might be a duplicate contact BEFORE entering in all of their information.
Better B2C support: There should be a way to invoice a contact and have the mailing & billing information filled out instead of having to have an account attached to that specific contact.
Automatic Zip Code Lookup: Upon entry of a zip code, the City, State & Country will automatically be filled out. Our past CRMs have all had this feature but yours does not, it seems like it would not be hard to implement.
