Multiple Group Calendars

Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to create more than one group calendar for a certain group. Our team has several recurring kinds of events and it would drastically increase our productivity if I could code them in different locations.

Additionally, I would like to know if there is another form of group than 'private group', since I am not sure if I'm missing something here. So far I have created one group under the pseudonym ADMIN and would start inviting people to the private group i created in there to coordinate meetings/lists/events etc. As opposed to this, is there something like a 'public' group?
