Hello All!

We are looking at switching back to ZOHO from Marketsharp and starting our CRM build fresh. One item we like in Marketsharp (CRM) is when we have a homeowner come across as a lead multiple times, it keeps the data under one record. For example:

John Smith

HomeAdvisor

10/1/18

same record:

Web Lead

12/2/19

Is this possible to do in ZOHO CRM? How would we do it?
