Multiple Organization / Domains?

I'm new to Zoho and very excited about possibly switching from BaseCamp/highRise to Zoho.

Before I create an organization/domain for my zoho business account. Is it possible to have two org/domains?

Our sales guy is tasked with managing the sales for one of our clients. And we need to be able to organization any contacts made on the clients behalf under their organization.

Ideally I would create an org/domain setup for our company. Then one for the client we manage as well. Is this possible?
