It appears that Zoho's mail servers are blocked by Google, so Gmail users don't receive my email. I have reported this, but I am continually asked to get my users to whitelist my IP. How on earth am I supposed to get every new customer of mine to do this; why is it my problem; and this won't solve it as Google themselves block it.
Secondly, reports don't sum. I have tried to sum both integer and decimal custom fields but neither sum. I've tried to sum the default unit price in products. Also nothing. Support says they cannot replicate so just close the ticket. It is absolutely pathetic.
And your live chat are useless. Absolutely useless. Every time I report this, there is no history attached, so I have to repeat it every single time, and every time I am given the same useless bit of twaddle that I must ask every bloody customer to whitelist us (we were not reported for spam - it's not our domain that is the issue). And we're also told that they cannot understand why reports don't sum and they'll need to open a ticket, and that is promptly closed because the useless moron on the other end says he cannot replicate it. I am sick to death of this now. I have had it! I cannot operate a business that centres on a working CRM like this, and you surely cannot be impressed with the quality of support you are providing?
