Multiple questions - new user
Hello,
I have a couple of questions regarding Zoho CRM Professional edition.
First, I found out that I can have roles to help protect privacy of superior employees, however I need to figure out a few more things. If I am going to have 2 people using this, one supervisor, one regular employee, and we pay for 2 users, how do those 2 users use the same Zoho CRM to collaborate?
The supervisor needs to hide all of her contacts and leads, and wants the employee to only see when she has an appointment, but not who it is with or where it is, so is there a way of doing this? I would imagine it would have to be two users so they have different passwords, but than how do you connect the two?
So basically I need to know if all of that information can be hidden but the times of appointments will stay, and whether or not I need one user name with different roles, or two separate users that connect.
