What should a user name be? biz name? email address? If it is going to show with email address is must be biz name but my biz name is long and has a & between two words! Do you have examples of user names for campain?
The quatity of email to be sent will vary between 300 to up to 4000.
I read that we are limited to 500 per day? that mean that my campain will need to be sent during 8 days? maybe more if a group is made of 200 names!
I aslo read that we can CALL you and ask to increase to 2000 a day BUT I have never been able to call anyone!
If I purchase say 5000 emails package de sit mean that I keep that number as a credit and when I send a certain ail per day it will be deducted from the 5000? how long does the credit last?
