Multiple Responses in One Column

I have a variable where multiple answer responses are entered into the same field, separated by commas.  Is there a way for Zoho Reports to recognize that every response separated by a column is its own distinct response option?

For example, right now, the three answers below are recognized as three distinct responses:

Respondent #1: A, B
Respondent #2:  A, C, D
Respondent #3:  B, D

In reality, there are four possible answer choices here (A, B, C, D), not three.
