multiple retail points

Company X buys products from multiple sources, but then sells them in multiple points.

I can see how Zoho CRM allows to easily manage multiple sources (vendors).

What I don't know is how to manage multiple retail places. For instance: Company X has one central warehouse and that can be easily done in Zoho. But then, it moves certain number of products to specific partner shops. It needs to manage the numbers of specific products laying on shelves of those shops, sales numbers, etc.

How do I split my inventory into a central warehouse and multiple retail stores and manage the flow between them?
