First posting, newbie.

 

Is it possible to have a number of bullets (say 10) where the input could be none, or between 1 to 10?

 

I want to create a check list that has say 10 items which if an x or bullet is populated then this would indicate that the item was defective and would require a text field with more details?

 

Not sure if I have given enough information?
