Multiple sent mail
I am using Outlook/ POP3 and encountered the following:
1. When I look my sent mails through the web I can see them duplicated 2 or 3 times.
2. Though I set messages to 'remain on server' as I use 2-3 different laptops, the sent mail is not fetched via POP3.
To be honest, Gmail does fetch sent mails as well as everything else (apart from spam) and I switched to Zoho because of it. I got tired of donwloading my sent mails 2-3 times on each laptop!.
So my questions:
1. How can I stop sent mail duplication?
2. How can I download sent mail via POP3?
