Multiple trial accounts

During my trial phase i've set up two Zoho accounts.

One via @networkpathway, my work email - used this one to test Mail only, which i'm not continueing to use
One via @gmail, my personal email - this one contains all the CRM data

I've used the CRM lots via the Gmail account and want to go to the paid version.

Will there be a problem if i convert the Gmail account to paid version and then reassign it to @networkpathway?

I'm fearful that, because the @netowrkpathway email has an account already, it may overwrite my data when i switch it over.

Can i erase the @networkpathway account completely before i make the change to paid version?
