Multiple usernames for one organization

Multiple usernames for one organization

HI,

I'd like to set up two usernames for one organization and share different forms to each username. Can I do this with only one email address for the organization?  Also, can I set up their usernames (but not passwords) without emailing them the invitation to have them do it?
