Outlook 2016

We have multiple users that have this problem.

Users will read email, it will be marked read in Outlook, these are messages in the Inbox, or in other folders, sorted manually or with rules.  After a seemingly random amount of time the messages will be remarked as unread.

All users are using IMAP connection.
