We are newbies but would be very grateful for some pointers to help us set-up multiple web forms for different types of request from users, then be able to identify the user by type of request in Zoho.
For example we have users completing a form so we can then snail mail them a printed brochure, plus a web form for users to download a brochure.
So how can we can add an invisible field, or otherwise, to each form that will tell us which form the user has used?
