My company offers different services to our clients. Often times, a client will hire us for more than 1 service. I have created a "Services Proposed" mutliselect pick list field in my Potentials module so I can track what services we are proposing for each potential client. 

When I try to select more than 1 service in that pick list, I am unable to do so. The field only highlights 1 service. 

How do I select more than 1 service in the multiselect pick list? It's not really "multiselect" if I can only select one, right?
