We have a bit of an issue. We have a field which contains multiple values which are potential products. These are stored in a multiselect pick list, for example.

> Product A

> Product B

> Product C

> Product D

These products are very specific and sometimes a customer is interested in A and B and not C and D.  That said we need to run reports which filter the multiselect pick list, for example, we need to run a report that contains First Name, Last name and whether they were interested in Product A only (even if B is selected too) -> this is part of our sales process. 

We can't find a way to do this, we thought each item in the picklist would be independent if using the filter 'is' - but nothing is brought up if we use that - it seems to treat everything as one string? When using 'contains' it brings up everything in the picklist which is not how we want this to work.

Is there any way to set up reports to be more targeted?
