Multiselection Picklists and Reports created of one option from the list

I'm trying to tag contacts with various tags. I've created a multiselection picklist for these tags. Now I want to only see all the contacts that have one of those tags. However, reports only list the tags all together. In other words, the multipick list has created a one to one relationship, but I need a one (contact) to many (tags) relationship. 
How can I create a report that shows up all the contacts who are tagged with just one of the options from the multiselection picklist?
