ZOHO must implement these following must have features:
1) Maps field - where users can select a location.co-ordinates on Google Maps,
2) Junk Filter - where a lead is marked as junk depending on pre-selected criteria,
2) Mark as Spam - where users can mark a lead as junk by selecting content of a field.
