When we choose to Mass Update contacts and choose a field (in our case Marketing Lists which is a Multi Select field) then we want to mass update to add other contacts to add a value for example "mortgage news" the update works fine.
The problem is that all other values are removed from our clients and only the one new value we have chosen remains.
So for example our client was already on a marketing list of "Insurance News" and "Mail Blast" then we use mass update to add "Mortgage News" the "Insurance News" and "Mail Blast" values are removed.
We should be be given the option to remove "existing" values and add new values or add new values only, many thanks.
