I have an account with MO365 where I use my email paulo@######

I’d like to use Zoho Mail to set up my employees email address instead of using MO365. But I am still want to keep my main email with MO.

The problem is that in order to set up the DNS for Zoho Email I need to delete the existent MX record bli##s-a##.m##prot##outlook.com  how can I set up Zoho Email and continue using my Office 365 email?
