I have set up an email and changed DNS settings.  My domain is registered with 1 and 1.  I have followed instructions to change MX records, but on 1 and 1 it does not give me this option.   I have just spoken to 1 and 1 technical help desk and they said this must be done by email provider (zoho) ??

Please help as I am now confused.
