MX Records Notification

Did you send me this--or is it a spoof.  I haven't changed a thing since I set up the account in 2014.  Why would this happen now?  Is someone tampering with my e-mail?  I don't understand what I am supposed to do.

You are receiving the alert, as the domain xxxxxx.com added in Zoho for email hosting, has some of the records not pointing to Zoho, even though the domain is still hosted with Zoho.

As an implication, the users may intermittently face issues when sending/ receiving emails in Zoho Mail. We request you to have only the Zoho recommended MX records to receive emails in Zoho without any delivery problems.
