Did you send me this--or is it a spoof. I haven't changed a thing since I set up the account in 2014. Why would this happen now? Is someone tampering with my e-mail? I don't understand what I am supposed to do.

As an implication, the users may intermittently face issues when sending/ receiving emails in Zoho Mail. We request you to have only the Zoho recommended MX records to receive emails in Zoho without any delivery problems.
