MX records set on Cloudflare but not receiving mail

MX records set on Cloudflare but not receiving mail

Hi, i've tested the configuration using https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=mx%3agreenbits.hr&run=toolpage, and everything seems to be fine, except "DMARC Record Published", could this be a reason for not receiving emails? The only requirement in instructions was to set up mx records. Done this a week ago, so propagation should occur by now, but i'm still getting response "553 Relaying disallowed" when trying to send an email from gmail at greenbits.hr domain. Thanks in advance for any help or hints.
