mx server is in various blacklists

I have just set up the free email account with zoho. I finished all the configuration and sent a test email to my outlook.com account only to find out that the mail sent from zoho ended up in the spam folder. I used mxtoolbox.com to check for mx servers and it shows that the ip address corresponding to mx.zoho.com ( 50.87.144.105 ) is blacklisted in various lists. I went onto each of the lists websites and tried to delist the ip, but I wasn't available to do it in all of them.
Is Zoho staff aware of this issue?
