MX settings exactly?

I'm moving over from DotEasy and i can't seem to get the information correct. I know I need to add the MX record for Zohomail. but I can't seem to find them.

This is what I see on my server and where I think I need to add the information. What do I fill into the blanks?

Also am I correct in stating I need to remove the current DotEasy.com mx records as well?
