mx3.zoho.com reported as failed to connect

Hi there,


We are currently registered on a Free plan with the domain www.gulfts.com


There are three issues we didn't manage two solve, even looking at support forums.

Plus, we had troubles receiving email today especially with some of our customers receiving an error like:

"Perhaps you have not logged into the pop/imap. server in the last 30 minutes or do not have SMTP Authentication".

  1. mx3.zoho.com record is stated as failed to connect
  2. dmarc is reported as DNS Record not found (I have set up both SPF and DKIM, but there are multiple email addresses — info@gulfts.com, alessia@gulfts.com, etc — I'm not sure if I have to set a TXT record for each one of those)
  3. mx2.zoho.com reported as Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner

Is there anything we can do to solve at least the first 2, reported as errors scanning with MXToolbox?
