#1 - An Android app that allows one touch call logging. What good is a mobile app if you have to stop driving to use it? Most mobile users are accessing ZCRM from a smartphone. The app should be connected to your phone contacts so that when the caller ID comes up on an inbound call the ZCRM app asks you if you want to log a call when you hang up.
#2 - Real Time calendar sync with Google Calendar (or other 3rd party web calendars). When I am on the go I want my office to be able to view my schedule and add meetings for me. If I add a meeting they need to be able to see it so they do not double book my time.
#3 - Offer a BCC "drop box" via e-mail. I cannot use Zoho mail because it does not support IMAP connectivity with my mail account. That means if I send an outgoing e-mail from ZCRM it does not show up in my sent e-mails on my company server. My support staff cannot see all my sent mail in one place. ZCRM needs to either support IMAP or allow a BCC feature similar to Batchbook, Nutshell, Capsule and a whole host of other CRM providers.
#4 - Real Sales reporting. I still cannot believe that ZCRM cannot provide a simple close percentage report. This is a sales 101 level metric. ZCRM reports are very weak.
#5 - Offline Version of ZCRM. I want to be able to use down time on an airplane or other places with no internet connectivity to update my CRM records, schedule tasks and events or review reports and crunch data.
What else do other users want to see ZCRM roll out in 2012?
