My account is blocked - please help!

My account
contact@gnlmail.co.uk is currently blocked and I am unable to send any emails. Please help as I need to get this activated again as quickly as possible.
The error I get when sending mail is:
Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked
