My account is inactive

Hello, i am using zoho mail, i recently found out that it's a serious service, which i gave up to google.com paid mail for.
I represent a local company and along with our employees we started using a zoho mail as official one and the mails i send and receive from my customers are quite important, due to big volume of clients that contact us via zoho mail, which we use because other services would not support.
Please let me know and update me on my situation regarding research_020@zoho.com e-mail.
I also have to add that this e-mail was registered back at my office in Germany and since i travel alot i cannot access that computer anymore, i forgot which mail i used to register in order to check what the issue might be.
