My account is not functioning properly.

I created a free business account to test zoho.com. I am impressed with the service and planned to test it before buying it. Last week I spent some time creating account records in the CRM, customizing the desktop, creating invoices using the Invoice application. Everything seemed great. Then on Thursday I tried logging in and all over my changes were gone. The account seems to have been reset. Even my email/login looks strange. My email was joeknapp@zoho.com. Now it shows up as joeknapp1. The auto invoice feature seems to still be working because one of my clients received their invoice from me even though I cannot log in and look at the invoice setup. I emailed support and sales last week with no response. Has anyone else experienced this?
