My account is still not active- I hope you can help me fix this immediately
Good day! I am still trying to figure out how to activate my Zoho Account. I made some changes today to change my primary email into
kris.linkinbizleads@gmail.com
to received a registration email to activate my account. I already deleted my previous email, and this is the only email remains on my account. During my registration process. On the email sent by Zoho to start my registration process, a link was provided to click for the confirmation then I was directed into a tab saying "my account was confirmed". Upon accessing my Zoho mail to see if I can already start sending emails, I was directed to a tab saying "account not active" and I need to contact Zoho Support. Please kindly check my current account so I and my team can start using your services. I am looking forward with your quick actions with this concern. Thanks!
